About the Daylight Club...
- Formed in 1996, The Daylight Club is a friendly social club for adults of a working age with physical disabilities. The club is run by the members on behalf of the members.
- The club meets twice a week on Wednesday and Friday from 10.30am to 4.00pm at St Johns Church Hall, Harpenden.
- Lunch can be provided from the local shops or you can bring your own.
- There is a £1 charge for unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits per day.
- Transport can be provided at a nominal charge if you live in the St Albans district, alternatively some of the members come by public bus.

- We have a member of staff plus volunteers on site for each session.
- Annual membership is just £10.
- The club is open all year round.
- You can be referred by a health professional, a GP, family, friends or you can self refer.
- An offical assessment is not required.
- Independent adults with learning disabilities are also welcome to join
