About the Daylight Club...

• Formed in 1996, The Daylight Club is a friendly social club for adults of a working age with physical disabilities.  The club is run by the members on behalf of the members.
  
  
• The club meets twice a week on Wednesday and Friday from 10.30am to 4.00pm at St Johns Church Hall, Harpenden.
  
  
• Lunch can be provided from the local shops or you can bring your own.
  
  
• There is a £1 charge for unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits per day.
  
  
• Transport can be provided at a nominal charge if you live in the St Albans district, alternatively some of the members come by public bus.

• We have a member of staff plus volunteers on site for each session.
  
  
• Annual membership is just £10.
  
  
• The club is open all year round. 

•  You can be referred by a health professional, a GP,  family, friends or you can self refer.

• An offical assessment is not required.
  
• Independent adults with learning disabilities are also welcome to join
